I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed and practicing in the state of Michigan. I began practicing in 2017, shortly after completing my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University in Rochester, MI (2017).  I also hold a Bachelors degree in General Psychology from Western Michigan University (2014).

My passion for mental health started at a very young age, as I learned to navigate my own struggles and challenges with my own mental health and wellness. Having first hand experience with navigating my own mental health challenges allowed me to develop a unique understanding, empathy, and compassion for others who have faced similar obstacles and struggles throughout their lifespan. While I will never promise to understand your experience, my own experiences allow me to relate and better understand the struggles you may be facing.
